产品说明:1。做拉面汤的时候,把鸡汤和芹菜、大蒜和姜一起煮。用日本酱油调味。2.滤掉高汤,放在一边。3、青豆和小白菜焯水。用姜和蒜炒蔬菜。4.五花肉用老抽腌好,煎至两面金黄。5. Braise pork belly in chicken stock with onion, garlic, ginger, bird's eye chilli, celery and season it with oyster sauce & dark soy sauce. Flavour it with sesame oil. 6. Cut pork belly into thick slices and set aside. 7. Soft boil an egg, peel and set aside. 8. To assemble the ramen bowl, dip the boiled noodles in hot water, place in a serving bowl. Pour piping hot ramen broth on it. 9. Arrange the prepared veggies, pork belly, egg, and nori sheet as shown in the picture. Garnish with chopped scallions.
