Built from over a hundred steps and procedures, this watch is a product of expansive technical comprehension and experiential knowledge.

Here are the steps that go into the making of this masterpiece:

ASSEMBLY OF THE FUSÉE AND CHAIN MECHANISM

Handled by a 38-part mechanism, this function ensures the swift flow of power while the watch is being wound. The watchmaker uses a ratchet to adjust the tension of the mainspring.

ASSEMBLY OF THE TOURBILLON

Finished with the black-polish technique, the tourbillon firmly secures the cage to the chronograph bridge. This feature counters the effects of gravity, and controls balance within the timepiece.

The assemblage of this part is one of the most difficult tasks within the watchmaking process.

ASSEMBLY OF THE CHRONOGRAPHY AND RATTRAPANTE MECHANISM

Associated with dimensions of movement, the chronograph and rattrapante mechanism consists of 136 parts. Controlling orders and sequences, this system prevents mechanical conflicts.

ASSEMBLY OF THE RATTRAPANTE WHEEL

This part controls the interaction between the rattrapante hand arbour and the hollow chronograph hand arbour.

ASSEMBLY OF THE RATTRAPANTE SPLIT-SECONDS CLAMP

This clamp controls the chronograph functions, specifically the function of centrality of the arms through the balance of pressure on both sides.

ASSEMBLY OF THE PERPETUAL CALENDAR AND THE MOON PHASE

The perpetual calendar accurately displays the duration of the months in the Gregorian calendar. The moon phases are controlled through a seven-stage transmission process by the white-gold lunar disc rendered in a blue coat with laser cut stars.
